Zonia Copper Mine - (near) Wickenburg, AZ, USA


Stratabound owns 5.8% of the shares of Redstone Resources Corporation, the owner of the Zonia Copper Project located in Yavapai County, Arizona, 81 miles NW of Phoenix.

Zonia is a past producing copper mine accessed by State and County roads with rail / airport facilities within reasonable travel times. Power is available at the project site from the Arizona Public Service (APS) grid.

Zonia is amenable to the lowest cost recovery technologies (open pit mining, SX/EW processing) and is expected to produce 99.99% copper cathode onsite with a saleable product at the gate.

The facilities are situated on over 1670 acres of private land [patented claims] with over 2730 acres of untested, unpatented mineral claims offering significant upside along strike.

Zonia currently hosts a Measured and Indicated copper resource of 76.8 million tons @ 0.33% Cu and an inferred copper resource of 27.2 million tons @ 0.28% Cu using a 0.20% cutoff. The property is under option to Cardero Resource Corp., which has recently initiated a Preliminary Economic Assessment of the project.
