Lorenzo Property (Noel-Mallet Option), New Brunswick

Road prospecting by Noel and Mallet in 2010 found high-grade mineralized boulders, southeast of Serpentine Lake in the Miramichi Highlands of north central New Brunswick. Grades of up to 230.1 g/t silver,8.26 g/t gold 42.4% lead, and 10.4% zinc were obtained from separate boulders found at surface and in a four metre deep trench.

Two types of mineralized boulders are present, hematitic quartz breccia boulders which contain possible epithermal-style gold and silver mineralization, and galena-rich massive sulphide vein material. Of particular interest are the breccias, which suggest that a sizable epithermal precious metals deposit could exist on the property.

The angularity of the boulders suggested a nearby source, and after check sampling and assaying Stratabound optioned the 55 claims surrounding the discovery area.

This region of New Brunswick is almost completely covered with overburden and has a negligible history of previous exploration.

Stratabound has recently excavated an eight metre deep trench, exposing bedrock and mineralized material, and is awaiting assay results. Drilling will follow shortly.

The company has a 3-year option to acquire a 100% interest in the claims. Additional details are available in our news release dated January 13, 2011
